I finally made those oven baked stuffed tomatoes. They are spicy and crispy, and cheesy, sooo cheesy and just too great. They smell like pizza, or something like that. I am eating as I type, so yeah... be jealous;). just kidding. I am tempted to eat them with a glass of wine, yesterday we were gifted a bottle of this weird wine, but nahh, I like my glass of water just fine;). (I have been off of green tea for some time now, haha)
